Work under pressure. Eventualities and hurries occur very often. It is necessary to keep a well organize agenda, in order to avoid delays in clients visits. Need to work extra hours when needed.
Good communications skills. Clients expect to be informed constantly about the situation and/or status of their equipment. A good customer relation is a must.
A good field-work performance will be reflected in a high customer satisfaction with the brand. It will guarantee the brand loyalty and the good comments about it.
Responsibilities
- Executes technical service to the requests, problems, or planned service activities. These can be coordinated, scheduled and with prepared action plans from the customer care center. Solutions or actions should be carried out in accordance with our regulatory guidelines, processes & procedures.
- Solutions are provided by using remote / onsite diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, service technical information, or knowledge, executing service work orders and keeping the customer informed of the service status.
- Handles complaints (safety & non-safety related) & escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration, and action.
- Seek lead generation for sales or value-added service opportunities, where we can support our customers further to deliver value.
- Keep a record of every client visit according to the Philips procedures: # of visits, spare parts, equipment diagnostics, equipment history records, are necessary to maintain a good quality service.
- Maintain a good relation with clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electronic or biomedical field.
English fluency.
Experience in the health sector is a plus.
Work under pressure, and be aware of clients’ needs .
