Job Description
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience and multi-vendor training on Cardiovascular/Cath Lab equipment.
Knowledge in CT & General X-ray is a plus. The FSE will be responsible for providing frontline support, resolving customer concerns, conducting technical troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, and verifying the performance of diagnostic imaging equipment.
This is a remote position that requires occasional travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.
Position Responsibilities:
- Primary onsite support engineer for customers within the assigned territory
- Communicate effectively with internal Service Support team
- Resolve issues using critical thinking and defined procedures
- Travel to customer sites for diagnosis, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Generate system sales leads and provide training to the organization
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours technical support
Position Requirements:
- Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of diagnostic imaging equipment troubleshooting and repair experience required
- Proficiency in multi-OEM, multi-modality Field Service experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (50-75% of work)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and maneuver medical equipment as needed
