Field Service Copier Technician Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field ServiceTechnician Manager to join our team and lead the way in delivering top-notch technical support! The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Field Service technicians, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality service to our clients in the Charlotte / Greensboro area. If you have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you. The high standards of service we provide for our clients has played a crucial role in maintaining our high rate of retention, along with gaining new business.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have minimum 3 years of technical experience with copiers and other office equipment; Xerox and Kyocera experience is a plus

• Manage and lead a team of Field Service technicians, providing guidance, training and support

• Basic computer skills: scan to email, scan to folder, Install Drivers, knowledge of Fiery or Papercut are helpful, but not required

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Ability to diagnose, problem solve, and maintain client integrity and relationships

• Willingness to travel

• Works efficiently to manage, and resolve service calls

• Meticulous documentation and record-keeping abilities

• Valid Driver’s License
