We are a growing nonprofit on a special mission. Our Field Sales Team members are a special part of this mission. Every product sold is a person in need helped. We hope to soon have our locations open. The products that our sales team sell are products that will be offered at one of these locations. 50% of every sale goes back into local communities throughout Georgia and other areas in need in our world.

IMPORTANT - 5 to 40 products ARE REQURIED to remain aboard our TEAM. Hours & Pay Schedules are flexible. During your First Two Weeks your goals are half while in training. Any Sales Team Members who do not meet goals will be removed from team until goals are satified. If terminated final pay will be sent anywhere between 30 to 90 days after the last day worked. BENEFITS are only available for official team members.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent account management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to potential customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Field Sales or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and close sales opportunities
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish as a plus
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment

ALL TEAM FIELD SALES TEAM MEMBERS are REQUIRED TO MEET ALL TARGETED GOALS & SALES QUOTAS. Anyone who does not meet goals puts our company at a loss. To remain aboard team members will have to bring goals current on own his or her own time or volunteer aboard our Community Impact Team.
( Targeted Goals consist of Promoting, Cold Calling- Mass Calling, Email Marketing, Completing Performance Reports in addition to attending meetings, SALES GOALS- QUOTA'S are 5 TO 25 SERVICES/ MEMBERSHIPS [OR] 50 TO 100 PRODUCT SALES...

• IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL OF YOUR GOALS AND AT LEAST TRIED ( Meaning you made at least one sale ) , YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EFFORT PAY. ( If paid an effort pay, you will be paid based on your effort. Effort pay is worked into our payroll. We will pay those who have achieved the goals as expected first and work our way to those who didn't perform as expected. Pay will be issued based on PERFORMANCE AVERAGES.... • In-Person Office Visits- Meetings are required 1 to 4 times a year. DO YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE?

E. 50 to 100 Event Tickets or Event Slots
F. 50 to 100 Fundraising Barbecue Plates OR Plate Sales
G. 20 to 100 Baked Good Sales
