Field RN - Registered Nurse - Home Healthcare Nurse

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement a Full Time Permanent Placement Company is conducting a search for a Home HealthcareRegistered Nurse to visit patients at home for our Clients in Home Healthcare in The Hamptons. High Demand for Full Time Homecare Field Registered Nurse. Additional Visit areas also available in Nassau County, Westchester County, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx. Field RN needed for Certified Home Care Agencies and Licensed Home Care Agencies in NYC and surrounding areas.

The Field RN (Registered Nurse) performs home visits, assessments and follow up visits to patients. The RN advocates for quality patient care, collaborates with Physicians and other providers to maintain a safe and effective home environment for patients. The Registered Nurse works closely with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided at home.

Qualifications:

• Must be a NYS Registered Nurse
• Knowledge of ICD 10 and OASIS Guidelines a plus but not required
• Experience working for a CHHA or LHCSA  a PLUS!
• Ability to visit patients in a home environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team as needed
• Excellent Organizational Skills Required.
