Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for transforming homes? Do you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a desire to lead successful residential remodeling projects? If so, we want you to join our team at Character Companies, Inc. as a Project Manager!
As a Project Manager at Character Companies, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of residential remodeling projects, from initiation to completion. You will work closely with our clients, design and construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage all project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project goals and timelines.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed to meet or exceed industry and company standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project objectives. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment and ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential remodeling project management (+1 year).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:

- Salary at $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
