Daily Responsibilities for Field Nurse Supervisor - RN
- Overseeing and guiding community health nurses and home health aides
- Great organization and presentation skills
- Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm OR 9am - 6pm
Required Qualifications for Field Nurse Supervisor - RN
- Completion of nursing degree
- Active NY Registered Nurse License
- 5 years of experience in healthcare setting and 1 year of experience as a community health nurse in a CHHA, Long Term Home Health Care Program, and/or Licensed Agency
- Proficient with computer/laptop
Preferred Qualifications for Field Nurse Supervisor - RN
- BSN
- Long-term care insurance experience
- PACE Program or MLTC experience
