The service territory for our Burlington branch (Great River Region) covers Des Moines, Lee, Henry and Louisa Counties. Allowing our staff, the opportunity to work and give back to the communities where they are comfortable, and familiar, along with advocating for their clients in their community.

OHH in the Great River Region is hiring nurses to grow with us. Must have an active Iowa RN or LPN license, driver's license, a vehicle and AHA BLS/CPR certification.
