Diva Multicare Services Inc. is looking for a seasoned marketer to build and grow our census and brand.

The Business Development department manages the day-to-day sales efforts of the business and is responsible for:

• The Field Marketer will be participating in developing and executing a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
• The Field Marketer will be demonstrating a thorough and complete knowledge of the agency including our vision, mission, and values; the services we provide; and how we differentiate ourselves from other home care agencies.
• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources, including but not limited to the following: hospitals, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, skilled home health care agencies, hospice providers, and physicians/nurse practitioners.
• Establishing and maintaining brand awareness through referral source contacts, conferences, and community education efforts.
• Representing the agency and its services in a professional, competent and responsive manner.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Marketing.
• Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
• In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Understanding of web design
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills
• Team management skills
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.81 per hour

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
