Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze business activities that impact warehouse operations and profitability.
• Support distribution center efforts in identifying key issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain system integrity by serving as content expert and system administrator of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Support Engineering Services to monitor warehouse assets, work orders, and purchase orders to obtain total cost of ownership and asset lifecycle tracking.
• Assist in documentation of processes and data to drive standardization.
• Create training materials to support the CMMS and reporting.
• Complete ad hoc analysis requests as needed.
• Promote a culture that fosters innovation and sharing best practices between facilities and across business units.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

• Strong analytical skills including the ability to verify accuracy, visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems.
• Strong ability to recognize patterns within data to identify root cause and develop recommendations.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and serve as a subject matter expert in a short timeframe.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as SSRS and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and T-SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; specifically, strong Excel skills (e.g., create/manipulate Pivots and the ability to manipulate its formulas) in conjunction with data collection and aggregation.
• Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to interact with all levels of management to communicate results and the impact of proposed business decisions.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Operations, or related field experience required.
• A minimum of five years progressive experience in supply chain, preferably in a large corporate environment.
