Field Inspector-Part Time

Gulf Coast Property Management (GCPM) assists property owners and investors with the business of renting their rental homes. We bridge the gap between property owners, residents, and guests by providing professional marketing, leasing, and management services on their behalf. We are currently recruiting for the position of Part Time Field Inspector. The right candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, organized, and have a great attitude. We are a small team, and we need people who possess the drive to help us succeed and grow.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Ability to identify problems and implement the best solutions for guests and tenants
• Adheres to the highest level of customer service and quality standards for guests and tenants
• Strives to make the properties appearance at or above quality standards at all times
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with guests and tenants
• Completes assigned daily work orders and other property maintenance
• Ensures the complete resolution of all assigned work orders
• Perform move-in, move-out, renewal, and 90-day property checks
• Weekend availability important
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Notify any safety concerns when on properties
• Replacement of any battery-powered equipment
• Will be exposed to a constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light and heavy loads, 0lbs – 50lbs+), and climbing stairs.
• Other duties as assigned depending on company needs

Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hour
