Job Description:
- Tenured Coax/Fiber production splicer.
- Has completed fiber training and can complete basic fiber splicing (pigtail of node and non-critical casework).
- Primary trainer. Has oversight responsibilities on the day of cut activity within the assigned node.
- Can identify network design issues and work to resolve them as needed.
- Capable of troubleshooting network and powering issues under the supervision of Sr OSP Field Engineer.
- Able to work outside in all-weather climates, work at varying heights (in a bucket truck) and in vaults, working extended periods from a ladder, and lifting 50-100lbs.
