Position Title: F&I Manager Trainer

Seeking THE BEST F&I Manager in Atlanta!

Must run $3,000+ F&I PVR (provable)

Summary

We are interviewing F&I Managers that can run over $3,000 F&I PVR.

Travel position working with our large dealer-client F&I departments. You will be part of our elite team of F&I experts, training F&I Managers how to improve their PVR.

Our elite team trains by modeling, taking turns so under performing F&I Managers can learn from your presentation.

Core Duties

• Visit current warranty clients and provide product knowledge.
• Train F&I Managers on their menu and our portals / software.
• Train F&I Managers on menu product presentation.
• Work deals with customers in front of F&I Managers to show them proper selling skills (this is a critical feature of this position).
• Look for opportunities to add new products to the dealership's F&I Product lineup.
• Conduct deal audits and performance reviews at client stores.
• Prospect new dealer clients for warranty and reinsurance products and services by attending our 20 Group meetings
• Work with the National Training Director to fill and train at our Indianapolis-based F&I Bootcamps and training events.
• Represent ARC at National, State and local events
• Ensure Federal and State compliance in consulting and income-development training with prospects and clients.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent automotive experience)
• Minimum of 2 years F&I Management experience
• Must have a proven track record of an F&I PVR north of $3,000 / copy

Additional Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot experience preferred, IOS / Apple products and platforms
• Darwin menu experience preferred
• Communication skills (both written and verbal), including specifically: the ability to make presentations to large groups of dealers, vendors and or clients.

Certificates and Licenses

• Certified F&I Professional (or must complete within the first 6 months of employment)
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, near vision use for reading and computer use for extended periods of time
• Lifting (approximately 20 to 30 pounds), bending, and other physical exertion
• Frequent driving periods for multiple hours per day

Working Conditions

• Work is performed at home office setting
• Frequent local and/or regional travel is required
• May be required to work nights and weekends but very rarely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
