Member Duties : You will lead a team through administrative service in the areas of logistics, community relations, individual and public assistance, planning, preparedness, and recovery activities. Your team could be conducting data entry, mapping disaster evacuation routes, or helping sign up survivors for assistance, so adaptability is key! As a Team Leader, you will be crucial to your team's success. You'll be responsible for directing, motivating, and mentoring a diverse team of young people. FEMA and NCCC staff will look to you for coordination of project logistics. Gain invaluable supervisory experience, challenge yourself, and get a foot in the door to work for the federal government.
