Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Feeder Fabricator at Haumiller Engineering/UTI to join our team. This role is responsible for

What You Will Do:

TheFeeder Fabricator II is responsible for fabricating vibratory feeders for the automation industry using various fabricating equipment for cutting, fitting, and welding workpieces on feeders to orient plastic or metal components at the required speeds

What You Will Bring:

• Fabricate and assemble feeders per job order, verbal instructions, and blueprints.
• Plan work from drawings or specifications.
• Develop layout and plan sequence of operations, stock allowances for thickness, machine, and welding shrinkage, and physical properties of metal.
• Design and construct templates and fixtures as needed.
• Select and set up welding equipment, weld workpieces manually to the vibratory feeder, and examine welds to ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
• Verify conformance of the workpiece to specifications using a square, ruler, and tape measure.
• Test, troubleshoot, and modify feeders to meet required performance and specifications.
