- This position oversees and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of FedeEx package delivery services. The manager will have a strong daily presence at the terminal to ensure all production, as well as build and maintain strong, positive working relationship with all FedEx employees
JOB EXPECTATIONS
- FedEx DRO experience: must have hands on experience managing DRO, creating work areas, assigning routes to these areas, assigning drivers and trucks to the routes and managing number of stops per route
- Create and assign routes using DRO every night for the next day execution
- Managing and assigning pickups
- Should be able to Optimise Routes , also maintain daily threshold of minimum number of stops / route.
- Must have experience in attending and managing daily meetings in the terminal with the Terminal Managers.
- Must have in- depth knowledge of the route codes used by FedEx, to guide drivers on a daily basis
- Meeting the daily service level required by Fedex
- should be available to do sweeps and help the team as and when needed
- should maintain complete Log of Maintenance of company vehicles , also look after maintenance scheduling , inspection stickers , cleanliness of vehicles ,
- Manage Driver Roster
- Hiring new drivers and training new drivers
- Preferably should have Qualification Certification for Certified Trainers

- This is a full time position
- Days and hours of work require a vast amount of variability providing 24/7 coverage to meet business needs.
