Fedex Ground Delivery Driver

Bryant Logistics is a contractor for FedEx Ground. Our routes cover a large area including parts of Oconee, Pickens, Anderson, and Greenville counties.

We dispatch everyday from the Greenville terminal.

Full Time and Part Time and Entry Level positions available!

This Position:

• Truck: Step Van, which is classified as a Medium Duty vehicle.
• Route: Typically more difficult routes servicing more businesses with high stop count.

Pay:

• Training is paid by the day.
• Pay gradually escalates with driver productivity from training.
• Most drivers make $140-$160 per day (bonus included)
• We have a generous peak bonus!

A driver who can perform well on a city route can make $150 per day within a few months of starting the job and can move up to be as high as $170 per day. This does not include the additional bonuses that can be earned by delivering more packages! Experienced drivers can make $45,000+ per year.

Details:

• Work days are Monday-Saturday most of the year.
• Drivers will be off on Sundays and one other weekday. Either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for newest drivers.
• $25 bonus each weekend day worked
• 6 days available year round if desired
• 6 days required during Peak Season (Sundays added for newest drivers)
• Paid Time Off after one year of employment

• Permission to take truck straight from route possible!

All Applicants MUST:

• Be At least 21 years of age and older. (For ages 18-21, please ask about helper positions!)
• Take a 3 day training course OR Have at least 1 year business driving experience out of the last 3 years OR 5 years experience out of the last 10 years. (Any driving for any company counts. Can be pizza delivery or running errands for a company. As long as you've held jobs for the stated amount of time and drove at some point during those jobs, you'll qualify.)
• Have no recent criminal record.
• Be available nearly the entire month of December.
• Have a clean criminal and driving record.
• Pass drug test.
