Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
Responsibilities:
  1. Researching Bid Platforms:
    • Monitor and research various bid platforms to identify and track active Requests for Quotes (RFQs) relevant to Federal Sales.
    • Stay informed about government procurement opportunities and market trends.
  2. Communications with Purchasing Personnel:
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with purchasing personnel within federal agencies.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
  3. Offer/Proposal Development:
    • Collaborate with the RPG team to develop compelling offers and proposals in response to identified opportunities.
    • Ensure that proposals align with client needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and reflect the organization's capabilities.
  4. Bid Responses:
    • Manage the end-to-end process of responding to bids, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid responses.
  5. GSA Information Management:
    • Work closely with the RPG team to keep General Services Administration (GSA) information up to date.
    • Update Representations and Certifications (REPS), Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and other federal and state entity registrations.
  6. Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Assist in the management of contract data, including renewals, modifications, and terminations.
  7. Contract Renewals:
    • Proactively pursue contract renewals and extensions by engaging with clients and understanding their evolving needs.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
  8. Growth Potential:
    • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in Federal Sales administration, with the potential for career advancement.
    • Work towards becoming the GSA Sales Lead, taking on additional responsibilities related to leading and coordinating GSA sales efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Federal Sales administration, bid management, and proposal development.
  • Familiarity with GSA schedules and federal procurement processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
  • Proficiency in using bid platforms and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of federal and state entity registration processes.
