SUMMARY: Provides support to school and district in a systemic ef fort to maintain a coherent and sustained
system of support, and continuous school improvement. The incumbent is responsible for providing the best
possible opportunities for students attending Title I schools, with a focus on continuous achievement for all
students and closing the achievement gap. The incumbent helps ensure compliance with all State and Federal
Laws, State Department of Education Rules and Regulations, and Georgia Cyber Academy Board of Education
Policies where applicable and oversees multiple Federal Programs. This role will support Federal Programs and
school ef forts, including managing federal inventory, the school library, and safety regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and scope of

? Creates, Evaluates and Maintains records and documentation for fiscal and programmatic audit reviews and compliance monitoring.
? Manages inventory and reporting for equipment and supplies purchased with federal funds.
? Represents GCA during Cross Functional Monitoring, SCSC Audits, and Cognia Reviews.
? Manages school online library including purchasing, weeding, promoting, and training.
? Collaborates with Curriculum Department to support literacy implementation.
? Builds and maintains partnerships with brick-and-mortar library branches.
? Creates safety plans, trainings, and events. Travel to conferences and trainings.
? Orders, receives, and ships student materials and supplies as required by program, grade level and school programming.
? Supports schools with practices that supplement the needs of students, while meeting compliance requirements; reviews, analyzes, and utilizes data to improve educational programming.
? Collaborates with instructional staf f , administrators, and other agencies/organization to ensure the implementation of program goals and guidelines, communicates school improvement ef forts to strengthen professional learning communities, standards-based education, and increased student achievement.
? Participates in the planning team to include all federal grant program personnel, parents, and stakeholders to develop the comprehensive Local Education Agency (LEA) Improvement Plans (CLIP) and coordinates services including Equity and Ef fectiveness Plans
? Supports program planning and evaluation activities to improve the ef f iciency and ef fectiveness of Title programs initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor's degree in Education, Library Science, Health/Safety, or Business AND
? Two (2) years of experience working with Inventory Management, Federal Programs, Accounting, Safety or Library Management
? Equivalent combination of education and experience
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
? Clear Fingerprint/Background Check Required.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Prof icient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, OneNote, and G-Suite.
? Prof iciency using computer-based sof tware and online resources to develop and maintain processes and procedures
? Strong work ethic and self -motivation

? Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Knowledge of Title I, II, III, IV state and federal requirements, rules, regulations, and laws
? Experience working with diverse student populations
? Experience with budgeting and interpreting federal and state laws.
? Prof icient in use of Zoom conferencing tool
? Bi-lingual
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an
employee encounters while perf orming the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be

? This is primarily a Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, 5 days/week, hybrid home/of f ice-based position that may require traveling up to 20% of the time.
? During critical periods, additional in-of f ice days may be required. The noise level in the of f ice is usually moderate (computers, printers, light foot traf f ic).
? In-person attendance at professional development, training, conferences, job fairs, meetings, school events, marketing events, and testing sites will be required several times per year.
? Lif ting, moving, stacking up to 50 lbs. is required.
