Job Summary: The FBO Manager is responsible for leading the FBO service team and structure facilities as needed to provide the best service possible to our GA and Commercial customers.

Salary: Starting $55,000/yr plus benefits. Full time with flexible scheduling.

Competencies and Knowledge: The successful candidate should have demonstrated skills in the following: approachability; time and performance management; strong organizational skills; problem solving; communication skills (verbal and written, especially with customers); ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment; ability to interact with all levels of FBO personnel, GA and Commercial customers, vendors and outside regulatory agencies; professional aptitude; ability to manage multiple projects at one time with time sensitive deadlines and adaptability in an aggressive growth environment.

Travel: Minimal travel will be expected with this position, usually for training. 

Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office programs. 1-3 years of supervisory or equivalent experience.
