Fastener Buyer

• Must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident of the US

• Execute the end-to-end procurement process for all fasteners and hardware required for aerospace products.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.

• Work closely with the fastener leadership team to understand procurement strategies and align activities with organizational goals.
• Seek guidance and support as needed to optimize fastener procurement processes.

• Provide regular updates on procurement activities and timelines to Brian Wilkinson and other relevant stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams to address any issues and ensure seamless coordination.

• Potentially participate in raw material procurement activities to support overall production requirements.
• Contribute to the identification and evaluation of potential suppliers for raw materials.

• Proven experience as a Buyer in the aerospace industry, with a focus on fasteners and hardware procurement.
• Understanding of aerospace industry regulations and quality standards.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under the guidance of fastener leadership.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
