JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for selling and providing expert level web based product demonstrations for Digital Impression, CAD/CAM, CBCT, and 3D printing technologies. Key performance elements include: partnering with FSCs and Specialists (ESS/DTS) team to improve "speed to customer" with overall customer contact and solution discovery activities while increasing sales growth, improving gross margin attainment. Also may include some customer support functions to ensure we are reacting to customers needs in a more timely and efficient manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and nurture leads generated from various digital marketing channels, ensuring each lead is approached with a strategy tailored to its source and potential.
  • Maintain proactive communication with potential clients, understanding their needs, answering their queries, and guiding them through our offerings.
  • Furnish regular updates on the sales funnel to the National Director of Technology, the Digital Revenue Team, and the Lead Center of Excellence, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to understand campaign performances, providing feedback that can be integrated into future campaigns for better lead quality and quantity.
  • Provide trade show booth support as product expert to demonstrate full range of CAD CAM and Digital Impression system, and digital technology workflow capabilities.
  • Spend time to research competitive solutions and become experts on entire segment. This role needs to be the overall expert in digital workflow and clinical solutions.
  • Accountable for achieving and surpassing specified sales growth metrics and targets.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with dental software applications.
  • Understanding of Computer software and hardware
  • Understanding of clinical and restorative dentistry procedures.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
