We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Food Manager to join our team. As a Fast Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Fast Food Restaurant. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly.
```Duties```
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all meals are prepared according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Implement and enforce food safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
