Fashion Tech Pack Designer

Job description

We are a fashion apparel company. Which specializes in manufacturing bottoms, tops, and activewear in Junior, Missy, and Plus. We are seeking an assistant technical designer who can create Tech Packs, give fit comments, approve lab dips and strike-offs and follow up with overseas factories. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, and have strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the production manager throughout the development process to ensure development and production timelines are met.
• Produce detailed Tech Packs and follow through the entire development of the product from the initial line to final pre-production samples.
• Daily follow up with factories on Tech Pack creation/revision/review and submit approvals.
• Review and approve lab dips and strike-off submits.
• Interact with sales team to discuss design ideas
• Sketching CADs in Illustrator and Filling sketches with Prints and solids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related area
• Knowledge of fashion trends and general trends in color, fabric, and style.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team under critical time frames.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop).
• Energetic, Motivated, Dedicated, Reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
