PURPOSE:
The development , conception, production and management of existing and new fashion events being produced by IMG FOCUS. and IMG Fashion Events based within the USA and globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
  • Lead day-to-day operative production management for all FOCUS clients (reporting to SVP)
    • Including site visits, conception of event layouts, floorplans, vendor selection, vendor management, and vendor negotiations
    • Compiling event concept decks for FOCUS clients
    • Participating client RFPs for FOCUS, including pitch decks
    • Budgeting FOCUS produced events and oversee full production process from conception to budget reconciliation
    • Working as day-to-day client contact with all existing and future FOCUS clients, servicing their needs and growing the business with existing clients

  • Maintaining and manage all internal & external communications with all FOCUS clients and events
  • Management and selection of all production suppliers required for FOCUS event productions and all clients
  • Adhere to corporate Finance, Legal, Risk Management, and IT processes, liaising with internal teams as needed
  • Management of freelance production staff to deliver events and shows produced by FOCUS
  • Implementation and management of global timeline and schedule as they relate to the delivery of all FOCUS produced events and shows, including but not limited to venues, vendors, and freelance staff
  • Manage and maintain global FOCUS project and client timelines, manage workload and processes between employees, freelancers and vendors
  • Ensure best practice for all events and shows, including to ensure that freelancers and vendors are working according the health and safety regulations in each market and aligning with IMG policies
  • Manage and attend all individual meetings with clients, vendors, venues and other stakeholders connected to each FOCUS produced event and show
  • Manage all FOCUS client budgets from draft to reconciliation, including vendor invoice management, client billing and budget reconciliation with finance department

DEVELOPMENT
  • Continuous research about trends, best practices, methods, and design as it relates to the FOCUS core business, and generally to global fashion show and event production
  • Input on strategic business development for FOCUS in New York and globally
  • Continuous venue research in New York City and globally where FOCUS clients are based
  • Maintain and extend the existing network of global freelancers working for FOCUS in the areas of set design, light design, creative direction, visual artists and others
  • Maintain effective business relationships with key clients, vendors, freelance staff and venues
  • Working with the SVP global team to identify new clients and business opportunities

  • Global travels to other IMG owned and produced events, and/or FOCUS client events as required
  • Support development of production staff and delegate tasks
  • Oversee and manage production operational and logistical needs and processes
  • Drive processes end to end while encouraging team to simplify processes.
  • Define and manage the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, staffing needs and budget)

SKILLS:
  • Must have previous experience producing a fashion show and working with fashion and luxury clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent time management, written and oral communication, presentation skills, and professional demeanor
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also within a larger division construct
  • Ability to manage multiple project leads and stakeholders in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional ability to execute high-quality, on-time deliverables
  • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Keynote, and Google Workplace
  • Strong interest in fashion, live events space and understanding of key cultural events and emerging trends in the industry
  • Has excellent negotiation skills and experience developing Statements of Work (SOW)
  • 2 + years experience with large contracts and developing project plans
  • 1 + years experience managing interdisciplinary project teams as large as 10 people
  • Has a successful track record of managing million-dollar project budgets
  • Expert presenter and comfortable interacting with senior-level luxury clients

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$82,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$110,000 annually
