Our services include fabric sourcing, development, garment production, and others. We are looking for a bright, passionate, detail-oriented part-time assistant for the Fabric and Accessories department starting immediately.
| Qualifications and Education Requirements |
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Must be available at least 2-3 days a week (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
- In-Person
- Preferred majors related to Fashion Marketing, Business, International Trade, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management, or Marketing, etc.
- Preferred fabric knowledge background
- Preferred related sales or marketing experiences
| Responsibilities include but are not limited to |
- Work with the founder and sales manager to ideate and execute designers' ideas
- Assist with the process of sourcing, following up, and bringing onboard new brands
- Entering Purchase Receipts, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Sending Confirmations and Shipments
- Organizing the fabric library
- Arranging orders and allocating products for clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all product development activities.
- Provide general administrative support, such as organizing samples and preparing presentation materials.
- Communicate with the China team in Mandarin Chinese daily.
- Getting to know the customer base and understanding their motivation and sales drivers
- Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand
- Work on retaining and growing business opportunities
| Who We’re Looking For |
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for quality and aesthetics.
- Highly motivated, self-starter and willing to learn.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or Canva
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
