Boutique Store Manager Overview:

FOX’S is looking for an experienced, customer-centric Boutique Store Managerto join our team in Skokie, IL. We are looking to drive growth with a talented leadership team.

• We focus on delivering top-notch customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

• We have a roundtable approach to decision making. Our managers communicate directly with our buyers and distribution team.
• Candidates will be able to recruit and motivate a successful team.
• Applicant needs to be capable of working at least one day during the weekend as part of their schedule.
• Previous experience working in women's retail or the fashion industry is required.
• Applicant must be based local to the store location in Skokie, IL.
