Boutique Store Manager Overview:

FOX’S is looking for an experienced, customer-centric Boutique Store Managerto join our team in our Brooklyn location in the Gravesend/Sheepshead Bay area. We are looking to drive growth with a talented leadership team.

• This is an exciting position for anyone who enjoys every aspect of the fashion business.
• As our Brooklyn store is a busy location, we are looking for an applicant that can thrive in a high traffic environment.
• We focus on delivering top-notch customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
• We offer an entrepreneurial environment allowing you to exercise your full talents and capabilities.
• We have a roundtable approach to decision making. Our Store Managers communicate directly with our buyers and distribution team.
• Candidates will be able to recruit and motivate a successful team.
• Applicant needs to be capable of working at least one day during the weekend as part of their schedule.
• Previous experience working in women's retail or the fashion industry is required.
• Applicants must be based in Brooklyn and local to the Gravesend/Sheepshead Bay area.
