Renner Equipment, is a family-owned company located just minutes north of Sioux Falls. We sell new and like new pre-owned farm equipment to consumers all over the US. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who brings the desire to grow into a career path in the agriculture equipment industry. Previous shop experience, knowledge of ag equipment and general mechanics is preferred but the right person can be taught. The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:

Work with a team to repair, paint and refurbish ag equipment at the direction of management. Welding experience is preferred.
Assist with loading and unloading of equipment with use of skid loaders and telehandlers
General shop and yard maintenance to include cleaning, organizing, mowing and snow removal
Driving to deliver and pick up inventory (may require overnight travel)
Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
Work overtime as workload dictates

Rotating Weekend Schedule

Qualifications:

Energetic and self-motivated
Ability to multi-task in a complex environment
Welding experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new skills quickly
Good communication skills
Positive attitude with co-workers, management and customers
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work with co-workers and management for troubleshooting and completing repairs
Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions

Education Required:

High school diploma or GED

Licenses & Certifications Required:
• Valid Driver’s License-CDL preferred
