Farm Hand/Equipment Operator

```Duties:```

- Must have experience operating John Deere Tractors , Combines and preferably Cotton Pickers . Also must have experience the John Deere Green Star operating System.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment to perform various tasks on the farm
- Use power tools to maintain and repair equipment and structures
- Use hand tools to maintain fences, gates, and other farm structures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm and its facilities

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience operating farm machinery and heavy equipment is preferred
- Proficiency in using power tools for maintenance and repairs
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for maintenance tasks
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail to ensure the proper care of plants
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.40 - $22.16 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
