We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The Sales role is responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to meet sales targets.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
