Family ServiceSpecialist for Early Head Start: Spartanburg County First Steps EHS provides services to young children and their families in Spartanburg County. Position responsibilities include supervision, case management, overseeing parent education component, engaging in data informed program improvements, developing community partnerships, record keeping and managing program social media. Master’s degree in social work or human services with applicable experience preferred or bachelor’s degree in social work or human services with applicable experiences, including supervision and data analysis/outcome monitoring. Position is mobile, consisting of office and field work. Must have ability to communicate and provide support to a diverse group of families. References required.
