Family Practice Physician or Family Nurse Practitioner - Fill In

Salary:

FNP: $552-$695 daily rate.

Physician: $872-$1,133 daily rate.

Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Schedule: This is a Fill In position and can be anytime Monday - Friday, 8-5 based on clinic needs and provider's schedule.

Fill In Physician/Nurse Practitioner:

Chapa-De on-call Physicians/Nurse Practitioners have a passion for working with the underserved in our community and practicing wide scope family medicine with a multi-disciplinary approach, while maintain a flexible schedule.

Job Duties:

• Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
• Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP’s, Nurses, MA’s, LVN’s and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities

• 5+ years' directly related experience.
• Licensed California Physician in Family Practice OR Current CA Nurse Practitioner license
• Board Certified.
• Current BLS certificate
