Nurse Practitioners / Physician Assistants
To conduct a comprehensive Health assessment to identify all active and chronic disease conditions as well as determine all physical, mental, and social needs present at the time of the virtual visit
Nurse Practitioners/PAs obtain vital signs, measure BMI, review pharmacological therapy, and conduct a physical examination
Nurse Practitioners/PAs educate and counsel patients and families on any conditions identified during assessment and screening procedures.
Full-time, Part-time, and Flexible: Set your hours Monday through Sunday.
A Minimum of 10 assessments per week required
Fixed Payment per in-home visit. Or Hrly rate for E-Health visits
Each screening takes 45 minutes-1 hr. on average and there is no prescribing or treatment
Requirements:
• Must have an active state license
• Must have active Board Certification
• Must have Medical Mal-practice Insurance 1ml/3ml
• Must have a valid state driver's license and automobile insurance
• Knowledge of clinical standards of care
• Ability to complete and clear a background and credentialing screen
