Family Nurse Practitioner Fellowship

Lamprey Health Care in NH has an opening for a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner Fellowship starting in September 2024. Lamprey Health Care is a non-profit, federally-funded Community Health Center in New Hampshire.

Are you interested in working as a Nurse Practitioner while continuing to gain experience not only in the family practice setting where you are mentored by a Lead Preceptor as well as additional specialty rotations.

The Family Nurse Practitioner Fellowship includes:

• Precepted continuity clinics held at our Raymond Center 5-7 sessions/week
• Mentored clinics at our locations in Newmarket, Raymond and Nashua as well as various specialty practices 2-4 sessions a week
• Weekly education sessions 1 session/week
• Specialty rotations 2 sessions/week
• Completion of quality improvement project
• Participation in Project ECHO and “all teach, all learn” model of education
• A comprehensive evaluation process

For over fifty years, Lamprey Health Care has been providing medical care to patients without regard to their ability to pay for services. We are a major presence in New Hampshire, advocating for better access to health care for New Hampshire residents.

Successful candidates to the Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program will:

• Be a recent graduate from a Master’s or DNP program.
• Be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as an APRN in NH.
• Have ANCC or AANP certification as FNP.
• Be committed to primary care practice in a community health setting.

Compensation for a Nurse Practitioner Fellow is $80,000 annually. It is a base salary which includes all full-time benefits.
