```Duties``` - Provide primary care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults - Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies - Prescribe medications and other treatments - Develop and implement patient care plans - Educate patients on preventive care and health maintenance - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records ```Qualifications``` - Valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification/license - Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner - Strong knowledge of primary care principles and practices - Proficient in performing various medical procedures, including tube feeding, gastric lavage, cardiac catheterization, sterile processing, and esthetic laser treatment - Experience in case management and coordinating patient care across multiple healthcare settings - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems Note: Experience administering injections, knowledge of anatomy, medical office experience, and proficiency in taking vital signs are preferred but not required.
