Family Medicine/Ob Physician

Shenandoah Community Health (SCH) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine / Obstetrics physician to join our multi-disciplinary team in Martinsburg, WV. Our Women’s Health Department is a full scope integrated practice with staffing that includes 1 OB/GYN physician, 4 certified nurse midwives, 1 physician assistant, 2 nurse practitioners, 2 sonographers and strong support staff.

Since 1976, the dedicated providers and support staff of Shenandoah Community Health have worked to ensure our patients receive the highest quality, most comprehensive healthcare, behavioral healthcare, and support services possible.

SCH is accredited by the Joint Commission and a recipient of the Health Resources and Services Administration National Quality Leader Award, and Health Center Quality Leader award.

The ob/gyn physician will maintain an active WV medical license and DEA certification, be board certified or board eligible and provide full scope preventive and ambulatory medical services within the scope of specialty. The physician will comply with West Virginia Board of Medicine continuing medical education requirement, and obtain and maintain privileges at Berkeley Medical Center, a part of WVU Healthcare in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Berkeley Medical Center has the da Vinci robot available to our physicians; therefore, a robotically trained physician is preferred, but not required.
