About the position
- Responsibilities will include teaching, mentorship, curriculum development, and scholarly activities The position will also include workshops, grand rounds for residents, provide clinical supervision, bedside teaching, and feedback to residents during their rotations.
- Collaborate with the Residency Program Director and other faculty to design and implement a comprehensive, evidence-based curriculum.
- Support and mentor residents in their research endeavors and quality improvement projects.
- Schedule consists of direct patient care 3-4 sessions/week (3-4 hours per session)
- Patient Panel of 450-600 (based on 150 patients per session on master schedule)
- Supervision of residents in patient care 3-4 sessions/week (4 hours per session) of precepting on the master schedule
- Attend required faculty meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Faculty will be given 1 session (4 hours) per week to complete administrative tasks related to patient care and resident supervision - This session may be completed on-site or off-site.
- Compensation package commensurate with experience complemented by a complete benefits package
