Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our primary clinic. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, emphasizing preventive care and the management of chronic conditions. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary Patient Care:

    • Conduct thorough medical assessments, examinations, and diagnosis.
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
    • Address acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Preventive Care:

    • Promote wellness through preventive measures and screenings.
    • Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
  • Chronic Disease Management:

    • Manage and monitor chronic medical conditions, providing ongoing care and support.
  • Patient Consultations:

    • Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and questions.
    • Ensure clear and empathetic patient-doctor communication.
  • Collaborative Care:

    • Work collaboratively with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
  • Electronic Health Records (EHR):

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records.
    • Utilize EHR systems for documentation and coordination of patient care.
  • Community Engagement:

    • Engage with the local community to promote health education and awareness.
    • Participate in community events and outreach programs.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree:

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Licensure:

    • Valid state medical license and DEA certification.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in Family Medicine, preferably in a primary care setting.
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Technology Proficiency:

    • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
