Opening Overview:
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- No call shifts
- Daily Census: 20-24 patients
- Case Types: Chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, etc.
- General primary care functions needed
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: 6 MDs, 1 APP
- Must be board-certified, ABFM or ABIM
- Paid travel & lodging
