**Family Med w/ OB - Clinton, IA** Located 35m to Quad Cities **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Candidates must be Board Eligible (with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine and OB Fellowship-trained. - Must be able to perform C-sections. - Excellent work-life balance supporting quality family time. - Call Schedule: 1:4 - predictable and non-burdensome call schedule. - Supporting medical staff representing urology, podiatry, surgery, cardiology, radiation oncology, and hospitalists. - 3 clinic rooms and a procedure room. - State-of-the-art ultrasound equipment on site. - Staff includes 1-2 clinical staff members and a receptionist. - 1 Board Certified Gynecologist on staff in the building, 2 OB nurse practitioners, and 1 FP/OB Physician also on site. - 12 Family Practice providers on site. - Total Number of Beds: 7 LDRP. - Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: varies with the provider. - Low-Risk Pregnancy: 50-60%, High-Risk Pregnancy: 30-40%, C-Section: 5-10%. - Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: 1-2, Nursery Level: 1. - GYN Percentage: Low, GYN Surgeries: N/A. - Documentation System/EMR: Cerner in hospital, eclinical works in clinic. - Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90 days. - Accepting recent/upcoming OB Fellowship graduates who are BE (must have plans to be BE within 1 year of employment) or BC in Family Medicine. **Compensation and Benefits** - Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). - $100K sign-on bonus. - 272 hours of Annual Time Off (ATO) for 1.0 FTE = (34 paid days off). - $4,000 annual CME allowance. - Employer-sponsored professional liability insurance & tail insurance coverage. - Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. - Short and long-term disability coverage. - 403(b) retirement program with employer contribution and employer matching; optional 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan. - Benefits start on day one of employment. **About the Community:** - Perfect Place to Raise a Family -- Your Best Life.
