**Primary Care opening in Western New York - visa eligible** * Located in ***Chautauqua County*** - just 50 miles from Erie & 75 miles from Buffalo! * Locations in Dunkirk and Fredonia * Service area of 125,000+ people * Full-time, permanent opening * Employed position * Traditional inpatient & outpatient opportunity * Joining an extremely busy practice * Support of several specialty providers who practice in the Dunkirk office including podiatry, infectious disease, GI trained-proceduralist and Hem/Onc * In addition to providing Primary Care Services at this site, they also offer exercise stress testing, nuclear medicine testing, echocardiography, vascular and general ultrasound, bone densitometry and an extensive array of non-invasive cardiovascular services including Holter and Event Monitoring and a pacemaker/AICD device clinic * Also offer office procedures such as joint injection and aspiration as well as minor surgical and dermatological procedures * Call: 1:4 * Academic practice with residents and students from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine rotation * ***H1b and J1 visa sponsorship available!*** * Competitive compensation & full benefits package! * Full benefits package including: * Health insurance, malpractice, full medical and dental coverage * 401K Plan and Profit Sharing * Paid Time Off/CME **Group:** The group has Board-Certified Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers providing care for the residents of several beautiful lakefront communities!
