Im Seeking 1-6 years’ experience Family Law Associate Attorney in Charlotte, NC. At our firm, we are dedicated to helping you achieve favorable outcomes in the most efficient manner possible. Our team of experienced divorce and family law attorneys in Charlotte work with clients every day, addressing a wide range of family law matters. We understand the strain and difficulties these legal issues can have on families, and we strive to provide our clients with both short and long-term solutions that work for them. Please include your updated resume & writing Sample when submitting to 

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar.
• 1-6 years of experience practicing family law
• Strong understanding of family law statutes and procedures
• Experience in Parenting Plan, Child Custody, Child Support, Agreement & Modifications, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Termination of parental rights, Domestic Violence & Orders of Protection
• Knowledge of and experience in litigation
• Handle a caseload of family law matters
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
