About Us: We are a well-established law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in the field of Family Law. Our team is committed to advocating for our clients and ensuring the best possible outcomes in sensitive and complex family matters. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who'd like to grow long-term with us, in a partnership-track position. This is currently an in-office position in our office in Grapevine. We close Fridays at 3pm!
Position: Family Law AttorneyExperience Level: 2+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of Family Law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and enforcement cases.
- Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned advice to clients.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Family Law statutes, regulations, and case law.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Texas state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Family Law in Texas.
- Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
