PSG strives to provide quality mental health services to clients who aren't always able to access them. We are trauma-informed and approach all clients, employees, stakeholders, etc. through this lens. We strive to create and maintain a supportive culture while going above and beyond for our clients.
The Family and Adolescent Comprehensive Treatment Services (FACTS) Program provides therapeutic services to children with sexualized behaviors and their families. We hire fully licensed therapists, as well as those working to gather the hours necessary for full licensure. We provide the supervision necessary for licensure and give our licensed therapists additional group supervision time for collaboration and support. The schedule for all positions is flexible, but does require some evening hours to accommodate client schedules. Our part-time therapists are paid hourly for all hours worked, including for supervision and other company meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FACTS THERAPIST:

  • Conduct thorough clinical interviews with clients and their families to identify treatment needs.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to address the emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues of clients related to sexualized behaviors.
  • Complete formal psychosexual risk assessments, using appropriate tools.
  • Screen and assess for risk and make recommendations for community, school, and home settings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that outline goals, objectives, and intervention strategies to address specific needs of the client and family.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout treatment and provide monthly reports to referring entities.
  • Collaborate with referring entities and other professionals to coordinate a comprehensive approach to treatment.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients during times of heightened stress or risk, as outlined by clinic policies and procedures.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of client contact, progress, treatment plans, and evaluations in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

LOCATION: Position is based at the Kenosha Clinic. Local travel will be required to meet with clients in the community (client homes, schools, etc.), with mileage reimbursement. Must be able to meet in-person with clients located in Kenosha County, WI.
SCHEDULE: Part-time hours are varied. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.

SALARY:?
Training License: $20.00-23.00 per hour
Full License: $25.00-30.00 per hour
Requirements
  • Wisconsin State licensure as one of the following: APSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPC-IT, or Psychologist
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related.
  • Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
  • Previous experience working with at-risk youth and families with multiple issues is required.
  • Previous experience providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
  • Training and supervision are provided, but experience working with sexualized behaviors is preferred.
