Compensation Range: (Colorado Only)

  • $65,000 - $80,000

Our team provides best-in-class operational solutions with technical knowledge and subject matter experts of building systems, envelopes, campus, and client operations.

 

Position Description:

The Facility Solutions Associate III will support computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), building systems, lead small teams, and focus on high level in project management, facilities management account transition, and Center of Excellence (CoE) with Hensel Phelps Services Business Unit.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field including engineering, construction, or facilities management.
  • Six (6+) years of experience with CMMS or similar asset management software, construction projects, or facility maintenance and operations, and/or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Advanced knowledge in computer software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Have a valid driver’s license.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee the accuracy of the Master Equipment List (MEL).
  • Verify asset QR tagging & cataloging.
  • Manage issue resolution.
  • Support and manage training and videography.
  • Consult in operational readiness and closeout of projects.
  • Support project administration.
  • Maintain and manage the computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) workflow coordination and process coordination.
  • Data entry, validation, and reporting.
  • Support warranty, fleet, and facility management.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external customers/stakeholders.
