Facility/ Maintenance Supervisor is to schedule, supervise and monitor the work of warehouse maintenance employees to ensure the proper repair and maintenance of Ben E. Keith equipment/facilities • Lead, train and supervise assigned personnel to ensure the efficient upkeep of BEK facilities. • Adhere to appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with BEK operational objectives and regulatory guidelines. • Supervise maintenance activities and keep organized documentation of all maintenance and repairs performed on BEK equipment and facilities to ensure maintenance guidelines are met and maintained • Supervise daily tasks of facility maintenance personnel and contract employees. • Ensure employees undergo required training • Provide performance feedback to personnel
Job Qualifications: • Food industry and/or manufacturing experience preferred • Experience with multiple types of maintenance equipment required • Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines • Knowledge of hazardous materials and environmental regulations • Ability to train and lead personnel • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and related codes required • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • Analytical • Leadership skills • Ability to understand complex processes • Detail-oriented • Strong problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent facility management/maintenance experience
