WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Providing leadership to the Facility Engineering, ensuring full functionality of the department by:
- Providing leadership through performance planning, on-going feedback, and recognition activities, ensuring clarity of expectations and achievement of departmental targets.
- Overseeing and maintaining Maximo system to provide facility/machine maintenance documentation requirements needed for operations of the company.
- Assisting in the creation of the Capital and R/M budget to meet business goals for Facility Engineering department.
- Managing projects and contractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and in a cost-effective manner.
- Managing and maintaining wireless/landline phone system and accounts and tracking communication contracts to fulfill company needs.
- Managing/maintaining Security/Production camera system.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
- Associate degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years facility maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
- 1 year of supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Excessive bending, pushing, pulling and lifting.
- General Office Environment: 5 hours per day.
- Manufacturing Environment: 2.5 hours per day.
- Offsite Environment: 0.5 hour per day.
HAZARDS:
- Frequent exposure to moving or mechanical parts.
- Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
