WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Providing leadership to the Facility Engineering, ensuring full functionality of the department by:

• Providing leadership through performance planning, on-going feedback, and recognition activities, ensuring clarity of expectations and achievement of departmental targets.
• Overseeing and maintaining Maximo system to provide facility/machine maintenance documentation requirements needed for operations of the company.
• Assisting in the creation of the Capital and R/M budget to meet business goals for Facility Engineering department.
• Managing projects and contractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and in a cost-effective manner.
• Managing and maintaining wireless/landline phone system and accounts and tracking communication contracts to fulfill company needs.
• Managing/maintaining Security/Production camera system.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:

• Associate degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years facility maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with MS Office.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Excessive bending, pushing, pulling and lifting.
• General Office Environment: 5 hours per day.
• Manufacturing Environment: 2.5 hours per day.
• Offsite Environment: 0.5 hour per day.

HAZARDS:

• Frequent exposure to moving or mechanical parts.
• Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
