Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all aspects of ASC operations, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor operating budgets, financial performance metrics, and revenue cycle management processes.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and referring physicians to enhance the reputation and growth of the ASC.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards (e.g., AAAHC, CMS).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and revenue cycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, with specific experience in ambulatory Surgery Center management.
- Certified Surgery Center Ambulatory (CASC) preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering against annual financial and operational plans.
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft software including an ability to effectively work in Excel.
