We are currently looking for aFacilities Operations Managerlocated in Santa Clara, CA.
Facilities Operations Manager will be a multifaceted and proactive operations administrator coordinator to provide the business and administrative operations. Primary function will involve financial coordination, administrative duties, and HR assistance.
Key responsibilities:
Finance Analysis
- Budget preparation, overall budget management including G&A and CAPEX
- Profit / loss management
- Register and check the capital assets regularly
- Responsible for managing and reporting financial results
- Procedure for project consignments
Project coordination
- Collaborate with HR on various tasks and projects
- Manage, review and order an adequate level of office supplies (including but not limited utilities, cleaners, repairs and maintenance, copy machines, computer equipment, etc.)
- Manage facility: Landlord contract, maintenance, space allocation and planning, etc.
- Assist in organizing local events
- Support any special projects related to the office or lease including helping identify additional office space if needed based on growth and help coordinate offices moves and decoration in the events, we need to do for the future
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
- Min 10 years of experience in general affairs department
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Required Skillsets:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times.
- Very organized working style and pay attention to details - good team player with strong communication skill and problem-solving skill, data analysis and interpersonal skill
- Japanese language skill is a plus.
- Assists in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc.: plans and organizes meetings and offsets,
- PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar and MS Office in a Windows PC environment.

Salary Range:
$96,111.00 - $196,581.00
